What is MSP (Managing Successful Program)?

Programme Management is a structured approach for delivering a collection of projects. As a programme is made up of projects and it is only successful if the projects within it succeed.

MSP is designed to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance. Without Programme Management, the projects would probably still be able to deliver their particular outcomes but these would not be co-ordinated or integrated into the achievement of a strategic business goal.

MSP is the methodology that represents proven practices in delivering transformational change. This adaptable methodology integrates key management principles, governance themes, and processes to achieve measurable benefits from transformational business change

The registration fee for the event covers the following: Attendance, Course Material, lunch and light refreshments. Accommodation is not included. Detailed delegate information will be sent to you approximately one week before the event. Payment is required in advance of the event. Payment may be made by par cheque or demand draft drawn in favour of “OptiRisk Learning Systems (P) Ltd” payable at Gurgaon.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL? Confirm your CANCELLATION in writing up to 15 working days before the event and receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received less than 15 working days prior to the event. However, SUBSTITUTIONS are welcome at any time and is done at no extra cost. The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme if necessary. INDEMNITY: Should for any reason outside the control of OptiRisk Learning Systems (P) ltd (hereafter called OptiRisk), the venue or the speakers change, or the event be cancelled due to industrial action, adverse weather conditions, or an act of terrorism, OptiRisk will endeavour to reschedule, but the client hereby indemnifies and holds OptiRisk harmless from and against any and all costs, damages and expenses, including attorneys fees, which are incurred by the client. The construction validity and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by all aspects by the laws of India to the exclusive jurisdiction of whose court the Parties hereby agree to submit.
