1.    How do I apply for admission to a course?

Application for any course is easy.

There are four ways to apply : online, through e-mai, by post / courier and phone.
a) Apply Online.
Select the program you are interested in. Click on Registration at the bottom of the page for applying on-line.
b) By E-mail

2.    Is the course brochure available on the net? How do I download it?

The brochures of all the programs are available online. Please note that brochures are usually available two months before start of program.

3.    Where are the courses held?

Courses are usually held in conference rooms of Hotel located at prime locations in your city. If you prefer to have any course at your city, please call on +91 97170 39970 and speak to our training Manager.

4.    Do I get a certificate at the end of the course?

Yes, OptiRisk India will provide ‘Certificate of Participation’ to candidates on successful completion of the program.

OptiRisk India Learning Solutions in association with CARISMA (Brunel University) based in London, has come up with Certified Management Development Programs(CMDP) in the field of Finance for which articipants will be given a “Certification of Attendance and Completion” from CARISMA( Brunel University, London, UK) and OptiRisk India Learning Solutions . 5.    Is there a dress code?

Programs of OptiRisk India are a great place for networking and business discussion. Hence a business casual is recommended.

6.    What is the teaching methodology?

OptiRisk India Learning solution has designed all the programs to be delivered partly by lecture, but mainly use an interactive seminar approach to draw on delegates’ own experience and emphasize active participation rather than passive assimilation. There are practical exercises, culminating in the production by individuals of an action plan for their own organizations.
Case Studies, group exercises, role plays, games, lecture-cum-discussions, presentations by participants and Audio-Video presentations are appropriately used to bring group participation and keen interest in the learning.
The onus here is to ensure that the delegates give back the desired returns to the organization in terms of skills sets, ability and attitude and take with them a new found confidence in the topics learnt.

7.    What does the program fee include?

The program fee includes Lunch, tea, Course Material, etc

8.    What is the usual class size?

The size varies between 35 and 40 participants. In some exceptional cases the size could be smaller or slightly bigger.

9.    How is a typical course day scheduled?

A typical program day starts at 09.00 hrs and goes on to 18.00 hrs. Classes involving the Faculty are generally in the mornings; group exercises and preparation for the following day’s classes generally take place in the afternoons and evenings.
 
10.    When do I pay the fees?

The cheque/DD payment should be made once you receive provisional confirmation that you have been admitted to the program. It should reach us at least three days before the start of the program, in order to be eligible for the registration.

Aditionally, Payment could also be made via online payment five days before the start of the program. Please contact Training Manager on +91 97170 39970 to get bank account details.

In case you are a last minute participant, you can still attend our programs by bringing a bank draft/cash on the day of program, though an additional Rs 499 (in cash) needs to be paid as late processing fee.

11.    How do I pay?

Please pay by demand draft/at-par cheque drawn in favour of OptiRisk Learning Systems Pvt Ltd and payable in Gurgaon. Cheques from other places are not acceptable if they are not payable at par at Gurgaon and if given later than a week before the start of the program.

12.    What if I am unable to attend the course after paying the fee?


You have several options:

• Send a substitute in your place
• Confirm your cancellation in writing (letter or fax) 1 Calendar week before the event and receive a refund less a Rs 1000 + GST service charge(10.3%) per person. Regrettably, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. However, you will still receive the events documentation upon request.
• Candidates are responsible for their own travel/accommodation bookings.

13.    What about the safety of my belonging during the course?

Individuals are NOT provided with safe keeping facilities during the program stay. Please do not leave your valuables and cash unprotected. OptiRisk Learning is not responsible for any loss of personal property. Please notify Manager – OptiRisk Learning immediately in case of any problem in this or other areas.
